Authors are asked to submit a 100 word abstract and a one-page manuscript. Submission should clearly specify a technical problem being targeted, outline a solution, and provide some early results. Submissions that are accepted to the Ph.D Forum program are required to have one author register to the conference, who will present a poster in the VDAT-Ph.D Forum session.
Accepted authors are expected to present their research work with maximum of 30 slides after notification of acceptance. The submission will not be included in the official VDAT proceedings.
Ph.D Forum submissions require the following:
• Abstract (approximately 100 words)
• List of all co-authors (including Affiliation, City, State, Country, and Email for each person)
• A one-page manuscript (uploaded as a PDF file)
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscript meets the submission guidelines. There will be no re-submissions to correct any issues. Please submit your Ph.D Forum Proposal to email@example.com .
